This webpart allows getting a single view of all the details from multiple projects on a joint time scale, supplementing your Project Server. From Omnisys IT Solutions Description Project OneShot enables a single view of details of multiple projects from Project Server, on a joint time scale. The component is based on a SharePoint web part and displays a single bar for each project, creating a graphical presentation of details on the project site. Each project bar contains a series of tasks / tasks summaries / milestones. Key Features

The project’s graphical indicator
Each project is represented by a single bar.
Users will only view the projects they are authorized to.
The bar will be placed according to the project’s start and finish dates.
When pointing on a project’s bar a pop up window with additional information opens. The type of information displayed will be determined by the user.
A green line along the project’s bar represents the % of a project’s completion (or any other % defined by the user).
The task’s graphical indicator
Each task that is marked by a flag in the project professional will be displayed as a diamond on the project bar.
The diamond will be placed on the bar according to the task’s start and finish dates and it is linked to an information caption that contains the basic task information.
When pointing on a task’s diamond, a pop up window of additional information opens. The type of information displayed will be determined by the user.
The default color of the diamond is black. It can be modified by the user.
Requirements
Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 2003 or SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) 2003 – English Version
Microsoft Office Project Server 2003
DB user with read access to Project database
Remark: The web part works on SharePoint English version only!
Download Project OneShot V1.1.2 Trial Version
1. Download the Zip file.
2. Unzip the file on a WSS/SPS server.
3. Install the software by simply clicking the .msi file.
